The Student and Neighbour Liaison Service is operated by Student Housing. The Service is provided by Portsmouth City Council, the University and the Students' Union to build and improve good relations across the city.
The role of the service is to liaise and mediate with students, community groups and the general public, heightening awareness of the benefits of working together.

You can use the below form to make a comment or complaint about your student neighbours. In the details box please provide as much information as possible such as the address of the students, type of property, notable dates and any other details which are relevant to your comment or complaint. We will then check to see if students are registered as living at that address and if this is the case, follow our internal processes where a complaint has been made. If there is a need to initiate our processes you will be contacted by a member of the Student Housing team within 2 working days to follow up on your complaint and inform you as to what action has been taken. This may be in the form of a letter, email or telephone conversation.
