It's not too late to apply
How to apply to Portsmouth after the January UCAS deadline
It's not too late to apply to study at the University of Portsmouth in 2017/18, even if you've used all the choices on your UCAS application.
However, our courses fill up quickly. So, submit your application as soon as you decide which course you want to study.
How to apply
There are three ways to apply to us.
1. UCAS Apply
You can use the UCAS Apply service if you haven’t submitted a UCAS application yet or haven’t used all five choices on your UCAS application. You might be charged for this service.
You'll need a UCAS Code for each course you apply for. You'll find these at the top of each course page. Our institution name is PORT and institution code is P80.
2. UCAS Extra
If you’ve applied through UCAS and used all five of your choices, you might be able to apply to us for free through UCAS Extra.
3. Direct applications
You can apply directly to us, without going through UCAS. It doesn’t matter if you’ve already submitted a UCAS application for other courses or unis. This is free.
We’ll get back to you with a decision within seven days.
