Due to continued growth and expansion, we have a vacancy for a Servicedesk Engineer. This is one of the most important and critical positions within Taylor Made’s support offerings. We require a team player who has a proven track record of being able to provide decisive, intelligent high level support to our clients.
You will be working in our experienced engineering team remotely supporting a wide number of our clients via the telephone and remote control technologies.
The position is office based, we will require successful candidates to have a working knowledge of computing and some practical experience plus excellent telephone and customer care skills. Technical Skills Required:
- Windows XP, Vista and 7 configuration and support experience
- Windows Server 2003 and 2008 Knowledge
- TCP / IP Networking
- Internet Connectivity and ADSL Router Configuration
- Virus / Malware Removal Experience
- iPhone / Android Phone Experience, specifically configuring email accounts
- Knowledge of MAC OS would be beneficial
