The University of Portsmouth has the unique resource of an in-house recruitment consultancy service. Working in collaboration with local and national businesses, Purple Door Recruitment can find the right graduate in the quickest possible time.
You will be assigned a dedicated experienced recruitment consultant who will discuss your requirements, learn about your organisation and guide you through all stages of the process – from candidate short listing right through to placement details whilst ensuring the recruitment process is fast and efficient.
This professional service is based on a payment on placement basis – currently at the low cost of 5% of the annual salary.
Short-term graduate recruitment
Our experience has shown that some businesses need the versatility of short-term graduate recruitment to undertake business critical requirements and short-term projects. Our graduates have a flexible approach to work opportunities and are adaptable for these kinds of requirements. As with the permanent graduate recruitment service a dedicated experienced recruitment consultant will manage your requirements and will ensure the right candidate is sourced at a cost of £250 for this service.
