The transport modelling theme focuses on the development of innovative optimisation models and decision support systems to solve and support the solution of planning and management of transportation. Our transport research considers the economic, environmental and policy implications of key developments and issues in the rail, road, air and shipping sectors. Relevant areas of research are:
