Much Ado about Portsmouth

The Much Ado About Portsmouth festival (co-organized by CSL's Rosie Paice) marked the 400th anniversary of Shakespeare's death, from 18th to 23rd April 2016. The emphasis of the festival is on celebrating Shakespeare's legacy creativity, drawing on scholarly and popular responses to the bard. The festival will feature a variety of interdisciplinary projects involving University of Portsmouth researchers and students, and collaborative ventures that will develop links between the University and local community groups and organizations.
