Clearing Offer Terms and Conditions
Any offer of a place made by the University of Portsmouth is on the understanding that you meet the following terms and conditions:
1.1
It is your responsibility to confirm that the course you wish to study is suitable for your needs, interests and abilities and that the service, support and facilities provided by University of Portsmouth meet your requirements.
1.2
You have referred yourself to the University of Portsmouth via UCAS Track or have sent us a completed Record of Prior Acceptance Form before the deadline stated in your offer e-mail.
1.3
You have provided accurate information regarding the qualifications and grades you have achieved.
1.4
You have informed the University during your application if you have made any previous applications to study at the University of Portsmouth in the current application cycle.
1.5
You have informed the University during your application, if you have ever studied at the University prior to this application.
1.6
It is your responsibility to ensure that the details you have provided are genuine and accurate. The University of Portsmouth reserves the right to cancel or withdraw any offer if an application contains false, plagiarised or misleading information.
1.7
If you are thought to be a Home (UK) or EU applicant when you apply and are subsequently assessed as an international applicant, the University reserves the right to withdraw any offer of a place if the course is not suitable for international applicants.
1.8
If you are thought to be an international applicant when you apply and are subsequently assessed as a Home (UK) or EU applicant, the University reserves the right to withdraw any offer of a place if the course is not suitable for Home (UK) or EU applicants.
1.9
You have declared any relevant criminal convictions at application stage and any conviction you may have declared has been approved by the University of Portsmouth.
