The aim of the programme is to incorporate the study of a veterinary nursing honours degree with the RCVS (Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons) Veterinary Nursing qualification. The two qualifications are studied simultaneously and will allow graduating students to work in the veterinary profession as qualified listed veterinary nurses with a sound scientific and managerial background.

This programme is a four year honours degree programme, incorporating 70 weeks of work placement within veterinary practices. The course has been designed to allow the student to follow the subject areas required for the completion of the RCVS qualification.
