The aim of the programme is to incorporate the study of a veterinary health studies foundation degree. The programme is a three year foundation degree programme, incorporating 70 weeks of work placement within veterinary practices.

During the programme, students will have the opportunity (subject to demand) to participate in animal training and behaviour, dog grooming, large animal handling and a dangerous wild animal handling certificated course.

Work placements can only be undertaken in the UK at an approved practice.
