On successful completion of this module, course participants will progress to the Investigative Project - a research-based dissertation within the broad area of leadership and management. Course participants will be expected to carry out primary and secondary research as the basis of investigation into their specific area of interest. All Master’s students are allocated a dissertation supervisor who provides one-to-one support on an individual needs basis.
