'I decided to come to the University of Portsmouth as I thought the course sounded perfect for me and that Portsmouth was a great city. I have found the staff to be really helpful and the facilities are very good. The University Library in particular has been very useful.

The Students' Union runs loads of clubs and societies and I have joined the School of Rock. Portsmouth is a great city for socialising and there is always a lot to do, no matter what you are interested in. It has some great music venues and my band has played at some really cool places.'
