Nicola Hay BA (Hons), M.Phil. Associate Lecturer, Illustration

Nicola completed her foundation course at Maidstone College of Arts and graduated with a BA in Art, Design and Media and an M.Phil from the University of Portsmouth. 
Her commercial experience includes consultancy in graphic design, illustration and web design.  This has formed the production of work for her research, which is based in the area of visualising interpersonal patterns of communication.  Interaction, animation and print are all major elements of this practice-based M.Phil which was completed in 2007, exploring methods of visually disseminating theoretical frameworks from behavioural analysis and systems science.
