Profile

BA (Hons) (Plymouth) MA (Central St. Martin's) PGCLTHE (Portsmouth)

I joined the university in 2005, having had a successful career in industry as the director of a design company. I am a passionate advocate of the development of typographic study with graphic design. My current research focuses on the processes of type design. This incorporates practice-based elements, such as my typeface design Pedant, which has been used for the past two years in publicity for the CAAD COLLECT event.
