Portsmouth School of Architecture (ARCH)

CURe Centre for Creative Urban regeneration
CURe unites private, public and community sectors to support and promote excellence in urban regeneration. Initiated by the University of Portsmouth it is an instrument for cross-disciplinary and cross-sectoral working by leading collaborative teams for all projects and will operate as an independent knowledge base bringing together different skills for different tasks whilst enhancing the capacity of those it brings to new projects.
Cure aims to develop greater; awareness of the urban regeneration process and its outcomes; develop an understanding of how this can be achieved, and enhance the knowledge base, skills and expertise to make it happen.
CURe brings together expertise within the University in the following disciplines:

- SEES – School of Earth & Environmental Science
- School of GEOGRAPHY

It links and collaborates with industry:
