Biological Science Postgraduate Research Degrees
This video, aimed at demystifying the postgraduate experience, features current Departmental researchers Emily Newman, Laurence Arnold and Michelle Ware as they explain what their research involves and describe the benefits and rewards they get from it.
According to Laurence, "It's one of the best departments in the country - I didn't realise that before I came here."
Michelle said "In the future I would like to go into stroke research and how a stroke affects the brain."
Emily, whose PhD title is 'Biophysical Analysis of the Nucleosome Assembly Proteinadds', added "Every day is completely different, I can never say what one day will be like."
