Profile

Alexander Gegov’s main research interests are in the development of computational intelligence methods including rule based systems, fuzzy logic, neural networks and genetic algorithms, the validation of these methods for management, modelling, simulation and control of complex processes characterised by attributes such as nonlinearity, uncertainty, dimensionality and structure as well as the application of these methods in areas like transport, business, healthcare and the environment.
