Profile

Natalie has a rare combination of both industrial and academic experience having worked as an HR Manager for both the private and public sector for 12 years and then as a qualified teacher of Business Studies and ICT.

In her current role as senior lecturer in the Centre for Enterprise she is Unit Coordinator for a number of Enterprise Degree and Elective Programmes. She has special interest in enterprise education practice and pedagogy and has lectured in the areas of emotional intelligence, self knowledge and the development of ‘enterprise capability’.

She has developed, with a team of professional teachers, major initiatives in the field of Enterprise education and was project manager for the successful ‘UP for Enterprise’ project which aimed to take ‘enterprise capability’ into schools across the Key Stages. She was responsible for the design and delivery of the programme of CPD and INSET for teachers across the region.
