Profile

Dr Zhaojie Ju received the B.S. in automatic control and the M.S. in intelligent robotics both from Huazhong University of Science and Technology, China, in 2005 and 2007 respectively, and the Ph.D. degree in intelligent robotics at the University of Portsmouth, UK, in 2010. He previously held research appointments in the Department of Computer Science, University College London before he joined University of Portsmouth. His research interests are in machine intelligence, robot learning, pattern recognition and their applications in robotic/prosthetic hand control and human-robot interaction.
