Academy blogger gets national exposure

We are delighted to announce that Holly Foley, first year Dental Hygiene and Dental Therapy Student is the winner of the Dental Academy's student blogging competition.
Holly will be writing about her experiences as a student and her blog will appear every month on Dental Hygiene Therapy, a specialist website dedicated to the profession.
This is excellent publicity for the Dental Academy and for the University and follows the success of our two previous student bloggers.
The University's Press & Public Relations Office, which judged the competition, was particularly impressed by Holly's writing style which conveyed a sincere enthusiasm for her course.
Sara Holmes, Head of School, said: "I'm delighted that Holly will be representing the Dental Academy and demonstrating that our students are passionate about their studies and their career. I know she is going to be a great advocate for the University of Portsmouth."
