Profile
Shalini is a full time Lecturer in the Department of Human Resource and Marketing Management. Shalini's lecturing specialism focuses on Internet Marketing and Digital Marketing Strategies.
Prior to her academic career, Shalini spent 7 years working in the UK industry. She started as a Software Engineer but then moved on to Web design and Web marketing when the digital marketing industry gained momentum with the advent of Google AdWords. She has experience in software/web analysis, design and programming as well as considerable experience in PPC advertising, SEO, Web design and Web analytics.
Shalini's research interests relate to Web Design, Web Usability, Online Consumer Behaviour, Web Analytics and Online Marketing.
