Centre of Forensic Interviewing: iIIRG
The Centre works closely with the International Investigative Interviewing Research Group (iIIRG), which is a network of people with collaborative interests, working with international bodies committed to improving investigative interviewing (internationally) and ensuring improvements are underpinned by a robust evidence base. iIIRG works in collaboration with Teesside University, the Norwegian Police University College, the Centre for Forensic Linguistics at Aston University, and the Centre of Forensic Interviewing at the University of Portsmouth. iIIRG also has a close working relationship with the Association of Chief Police Officers (ACPO) in England and Wales. Presently there are 360 members from across the globe including; Australia, Brazil, Belgium, France, Germany, Holland, Japan, New Zealand, Norway, Russia, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, UK, and the USA.
