Postgraduate Programmes

The postgraduate programme areas comprise fifteen awards embracing nearly 500 students based on campus in Portsmouth and studying by distance learning in around twenty countries worldwide. Each award takes as its reference point the ICJS Core Values, ensuring our programmes are distinctive, challenging and meeting the contemporary needs of current practitioners, and those considering a career in or around the criminal justice field.

The international diversity and geographic spread of our students is harnessed within a 'virtual learning communities' focussed upon our Online Learning Centres, linking you to modern learning resources, tutor support and other students and staff in the Institute. This vibrant learning community meets annually in the University of Portsmouth at the Study School (Late in January) and the Research Study Day (October).
