Dr Sascha-Dominik Bachmann was invited to give lectures on the Law of Armed Conflict and Aerial Combat Operations at the German Ministry of Defence's Central Training Facility for the Administration of Military Justice (ZAR) of the German Bundeswehr.

As part of his work with the military, Sascha also participated as Rule of Law SME in NATO's Supreme Allied Commander for Transformation's Countering Hybrid Threats experiment in Tallinn, Estonia, from 9-13 May 2011. The objective of this ongoing experiment is to identify new threat scenarios and to discuss new response patterns involving the various stakeholders from politics and the military. More.
