Dr Sascha-Dominik Bachmann presented an overview of his findings on so called Hybrid Threats and Holistic Responses at ILA's Round Table II on Nuclear Weapons, Nuclear Energy and Non-Proliferation under International Law: Current Challenges and Evolving Norms, which took place on 30th March 2012 at the Oxford and Cambridge Club in London. His work centres around new response patterns involving various stakeholders from politics, business, civil society and the military.
