Law Lecturer to present on Targeted Killings and Hybrid Threats at upcoming Antiterrorism conference.

Dr. Sascha-Dominik Bachmann will attend the conference “After Bin Laden: Counter-Terrorism Co-operation and International Law” at Newcastle Law School, 2 May 2012.

He will present on two panels his research findings on "Targeted Killings As A Means Of Countering Asymmetric Threats And Terrorism – Challenges And Opportunities" and  "Hybrid Threats, Cyber Warfare And Nato’s Comprehensive Approach For Countering 21st Century Threats – Challenges To Humanitarian Law And Security Co-Operation" which will outline the complex nature of threats faced in the ongoing "War on Terror" and the complex nature of possible responses.
