Professor Maniruzzaman's Blog on Good Faith Attracts Attention

Professor A F M Maniruzzaman has recently written an article on good faith in Kluwer Arbitration Blog. The article is entitled “The Concept of Good Faith in International Investment Disputes – The Arbitrator’s Dilemma” and it has attracted attention from experts. A slightly revised version of the article is also published in the Spring issue (2012) of Amicus Curiae, Journal of the Society of Advanced Legal Studies, University of London.
