Law Professor writes in Kluwer Arbitration Blog

Professor A F M Maniruzzaman has recently written a blog on “Third-Party Funding in International Arbitration” in Kluwer Arbitration Blog (2011 CPR Institute Award Winner – Outstanding Electronic Media) which makes a bridge between academics and practitioners in the field. The piece was written based on the subject matter of the 32nd annual meeting (conference) of the International Chamber of Commerce Institute of World Business Law that he attended in Paris on 26 November 2012. He has been a Council Member of the ICC Institute since 2007. Professor Maniruzzaman writes occasionally on various arbitration-related topics in the Kluwer Arbitration Blog which could be found in this link. He contributes to the Kluwer blog page as a member of the Academic Council of the Institute of Transnational Arbitration to fulfil its mission of dissemination of knowledge to the wider world.
