Portsmouth Maths Department ranked in Top 3 in National Student Survey

The Department of Mathematics at the University of Portsmouth has been ranked 3rd among mathematics departments in the National Student Survey, up on its 4th place ranking last year.
The department now ranks 3rd in the UK for student satisfaction, with a score of 97%. The top 5 mathematics departments are Plymouth 100%, UEA 98%, Portsmouth 97%, Glasgow 96%, Loughborough 96%.
This result complements our recent 4th place ranking in the Guardian newspaper's league tables.
