Business Development Units

Finding premises for a new business enterprise can be a difficult task, especially if the person setting up the new business is a student.

To help our students and recent graduates get started, the Portsmouth Centre for Enterprise offers refurbished office space in Mercantile House. The Business Development Units provide a low cost environment during the risky early years of your business development.

Equipment included

Furniture:

Desk, filing cabinet, shelving, chairs.

Equipment:

Internet access, telephone line, heating, electricity, colour printer, photocopier & board room use for meetings.

Support services:

Personal support and guidance from the PCE, networking opportunities, University email account, formal business address and access to the PCE mentoring staff.
