Key teaching responsibilities

• Analytical Chemistry: Quantitative and Qualitative Chromatography; Spectroscopy (NMR, IR, UV/Vis, Mass); Analysis of Drugs in Biological Solutions.
• Protein Purification/Analysis and Immunology: Immunoassays.
• Facilitator of inter-professional learning on the Master of Pharmacy pathway, and Project supervisor for M-Level projects.

Key research interests

My key research interests are in the design, synthesis, and biochemical evaluation of organic molecules designed to act upon proteins, for therapeutic benefits. I have a strong interest, and extensive experience in the bio-analytical studies required in optimising organic molecules in a drug discovery project.
