Students’ Practical Room

Students in the department are actively involved in individual and team based research from the beginning of their degree. For this reason we have created the student’s practical room where our students can meet their teams and plan their research together. This meeting place makes team work between lectures easy at any time within the department’s opening times.

The room has moveable desks and chairs so that students can arrange the room as they need, when they need. Students can plug their laptops into our power sockets here and use the university WiFi system. In addition there are comfortable sofa areas for more informal discussions.
