Mr Martin J Fisher is a Chartered Psychologist, Chartered Scientist and is registered as a Forensic Psychologist. Martin is an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society, with nearly twenty three years experience in working with sexual, violent offenders and other offenders in applied settings. He is currently a Consultant Forensic Psychologist within HMPS HR Directorate and an Honorary Forensic Psychologist with Hampshire Partnership Foundation Trust in addition to being a Visiting Lecturer in Forensic Psychology at the University of Portsmouth. Martin has worked in a variety of prison and secure settings with maximum security offenders to minimum security and in the community. He has worked with a variety of age groups and across genders.  Martin has ongoing input to clients in prison and mental health settings. He is certificated in a variety of diagnostic instruments and risk management tools including the IPDE and PCL-R. He is certificated in addition in Level A and Level B(int) in Psychometric testing and is a member of the Standing Committee of Testing Standards at the Psychological testing Centre. He is also the CPD Lead for the Division of Forensic Psychology of the BPS.

He has had a variety of publications in journals and has recently co-edited 2 volumes, one in the area of Consultancy work in Forensic Practice, and one in the area of Crisis and Conflict Communication.
