Having spent several years in industry as a chartered surveyor taking financial responsibility for the delivery of multi-million pound development projects in both private and public sectors Andrew now teaches undergraduate and postgraduate students studying RICS professionally accredited courses. More recently Andrew has published texts covering procurement, costing and financial management of construction projects and was instrumental in establishing the first RICS accredited courses in the Russian Federation.
