Profile

With a background in planning Bernard has a long association with the School of Environmental Design and Management. In between his duties as Director, Life Long Learning Network he lectures planning law and conservation law and is a regular speaker on planning updates to the profession.  He has contributed to a number of publications and conference papers including planning appeals, enforcement orders, tree preservation and affordable housing.
