Profile
Stephen Neale is a Chartered Surveyor who previously ran his own Building Surveying consultancy specialising in defect diagnosis and commercial energy assessment. In the past, Stephen was a Senior Lecturer at the University of Westminster. He has also been an occasional speaker on CPD courses for the Construction Study Centre and National Energy Services. Stephen is a qualified City and Guilds assessor and verifier and has held external posts with Highbury College, The College Ystrad Mynach and SAVA/NHER.
