Qualifications:
B.Sc (Biochemistry), D.C.R., M.Sc. (Medical Imaging)
Trained at the Portsmouth School of Radiography, 1988-92; subsequently completing an M.Sc. in Medical Imaging, 1993-97.
Before starting at the Centre for Radiography Education in 2004, worked for thirteen years as a Diagnostic Radiographer at Guys’ & St. Thomas’ Hospitals, and then locally at Queen Alexandra Hospital.
Has broad clinical experience in medical imaging modalities, and is actively committed to the Society of Radiographers, having served at different times as both an Industrial Relations and Health & Safety Rep.
Is Clinical Placement Co-ordinator & Manual Handling lead for the Centre for Radiography Education.
