Would you like to meet other students in a friendly environment? Then the SLAS Global Cafe is for you. Here, you will meet students from other countries and gain confidence in speaking under the guidance of the Learning Support Tutors. 

When? Every Wednesday 3.30pm-4.30pm

Where? Park building cafe

Who is it for? All University of Portsmouth students

How do I join? Come to the cafe 10 minutes before the start; you do not need to book.

Details:

The first 15 minutes usually involve welcomes/registrations and getting drinks etc. (free tea and coffee)

The next 30 minutes usually involve discussion on the topic of the day with conversation pieces e.g. pictures and guest provided artifacts e.g. books/videos.

The final 15 minutes usually involve an informal Q&A session with special guests.
