The new publication France and the Mediterranean: International relations, culture and politics, edited by SLAS' Emmanuel Godin and Natalya Vince, examines the changing idea of Mediterranean space and its relation to contemporary France. Updated during the publishing process to reflect 2011's 'Arab Spring', the book is volume 86 in the Modern French Identities series published by Peter Lang.
