The Department of Sport and Exercise Science offers a range of Postgraduate Taught programmes across the areas of sport performance, exercise and health, and social sciences of sport development and management. The teaching across all of the postgraduate taught programmes is based on the research and consultancy expertise of our national and internationally recognised staff and is conducted facilities and environment that is stimulating for study.

Q. How long will it take me to complete an MSc programme in the Department of Sport and Exercise Science?
A. All programmes can be completed in one year (full-time) and two years (part-time). NB: The MSc Clinical Exercise Science programme can also be completed in 3 years (part-time).
Q. What is the contact time for MSc programmes in the Department of Sport and Exercise Science?
A. Generally the contact time will be scheduled over one full day with sessions being between 9am-6pm.
