The Cameron Award

Dr Flora Bird won "The Cameron Award" for best presentation at the FINA (Fédération Internationale de Natation) sports medicine conference in Istanbul. The presentation was based on her MPhil work undertaken at Portsmouth on the "Bristol English Channel Swim Team", details were:
"The physiological & subjective responses to repeated cold water immersions in a group of 10-12 year olds" by Flora Bird, Jim House, Heather Lunt & Mike Tipton.
