FHSS employability: For employers
The Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences is focused on increasing the employability of our students. The Placement and Internship Centre opened at the start of 2013 and is tasked with getting undergraduate students experience which is relevant to their degree or career aspirations. The offer includes;
- Yearlong sandwich / industrial placements
- Summer and short-term internships
- Work shadowing
- Projects provided by employers
- Group based projects to deal with a specific problem in a time bound setting
