FHSS English lecturers pick up inaugural UPSU awards

The inaugural award for most inspirational and outstanding teacher from the University of Portsmouth's Student Union has been won by Dr Ben Dew from the School of Social, Historical and Literary Studies' English Literature team.
Ben, who said he was surprised and delighted with the result, was described as "exactly what we want from a lecturer – someone who is exciting, bookworm-ish, deeply analytical and who lectures properly."
Dr Rosamund Paice, also lecturing in English, picked up a further UPSU award for Best Feedback.
