Research Skills Support (Quantitative methods)

This is for:

Stephanie Bennett All Undergraduate and Postgraduate students in FHSS at any stage, who need additional support with developing quantitative research skills.

This includes: understanding statistical concepts, survey design, coding data , data entry/analysis using Excel or SPSS, and writing up your data analysis in a report or Dissertation.

Sessions

Every week until the end of May!* 
A summer timetable to cover the period June-early September will be posted shortly.

  • Every Monday: 9.30 am - 12.30 pm 
  • Every Wednesday: 12.30 pm - 4.30 pm

* note: no session on Mondays 4th March, 1st April, 6th / 27th May.

Drop in Sessions are in St Georges Building Room 4.04. 

Additional one-to-one sessions are also available by appointment. Please note that room 4.04 has 6 computers, so small groups can book sessions on a particular topic if they wish.
