New Institute of Marine Sciences Building Complete

The new £2 million aquarium and laboratory facility for the Institute of Marine Sciences, part of the School of Biological Sciences, is now complete. The research laboratory already has post-doctoral researchers, PhD students, MSc and BSc project students working in it and the aquarium facility is close to being fully functional.
A wide range of tanks and equipment have already been installed with final infrastructure and the ozone treatment due to be fitted shortly.
