Maths Cafe
The Maths Cafe offers all students, on any course, free help in understanding and improving their maths and statistical skills. Students can drop in at a number of locations all over campus for one-to-one support or visit the Maths Cafe Centre. Handouts and details of online resources on key topics are also available. Computing Tutor Centre
The School of Computing Tutor Centre provides a one-stop academic help and support resource for all School of Computing students. They offer their students daily support in academic work, common project-related issues, computing-specific skills and revision. Find out more

Student Placement & Employability Centre (SPEC)
Industrial placements are a key feature of the undergraduate degrees in the Faculty of Technology. Many of our full-time undergraduate programmes incorporate either a mandatory or optional placement year.
