You need to:

  • Keep your contact details up-to-date through UCAS.

  • Reply to us promptly when we request further information or you are invited to a Departmental Open Day.

Useful information

UCAS have primary responsibility for the administration of your overall application record.

  • Keep an eye on your application progress by visiting your UCAS Track Record regularly.
  • Read all the letters UCAS send you carefully and make sure you check the details of your offer.
  • Make sure you know when the deadline for you to respond to your offers is.

Preparation advice

Applications processes will depend entirely on the institution and, with this, it is important that you have contacted all institutions that you are applying to in order to obtain all the required information.

For the University of Portsmouth, evidence of your previous qualifications is essential, so please ensure that they are available to you at the time of application. If you do not possess evidence of your qualifications, please ensure that you contact your previous education institution or exam board(s).
