Dean Osman BSc (Hons), FCA

Dean is a senior lecturer in Accounting and is a Level 2 year tutor.  Dean is a qualified accountant and prior to his academic career spent 25 years in business.  This included 15 years working for one of the big 4 accountancy firms, including 3 years working in the United States.  He was subsequently a director of a public company for 9 years fulfilling roles in finance and operations.

Dean’s lecturing focus is on financial accounting, auditing, corporate governance, ethics and management controls.  Research interests focus on corporate governance and corporate performance.
