Dr Cheryl Brook  Chartered MCIPD, BA (Hons), MSc, PhD

Cheryl is an experienced senior manager and trainer, having previously worked in the NHS, the third sector and as an independent training and development consultant prior to moving into higher education.  She completed her PhD in management learning at the University of Lancaster in August 2010.  Her thesis was on the development and practice of action learning in the NHS.  Teaching and research interests include work based learning, action learning, HRD and organisational behaviour.  Current research is focused upon the practice of cross cultural action learning.

She is a Fellow of the Foundation for Management Education.
