Teaches Human Resource Management at undergraduate level. Teaches Employment Relations on the CIPD programme and Training & Development on the MSc in International HRM
Research interests include skills development in small-scale craft businesses, Business ethics in relation to Human Resource Management and the impact of the National Minimum Wage legislation in the hospitality sector.
