Jennifer Johnston
Prior to taking up her current career in Higher Education, Jennifer held several roles in both front-line management and Human Resources. She firstly worked in Hotel and Catering Management and then specialised in Human Resource Management.
Jennifer lectures in the areas of Organisational Behaviour and leadership to a variety of degree programmes within the Business School. She also teaches on a range of other undergraduate units and also the CIPD accredited postgraduate units.
Jennifer's current research interests lie in three areas: Organisational Culture, Change Management and Communication.
Additional responsibilities include being the Admissions Tutor for the Hospitality degree programmes.
